Having been sat on this Swing today I feel this world is like a swing. Changing and unstable! The whole message is to get establish in the unchanging aspect of you. Art of Living is to get to the most stable unchanging aspect in you in this otherwise changing world. Everything is perishable here, everything is changing, but there is something that is not changing. Identifying and establishing in that is the Art of Living! As Swamiji said today the biggest difficulty is we don’t know ourselves. Once we know, we get to know I am the only eternal, the most stable.  Recognizing the eternal kingdom of the self is Spirituality. Everything is changing, but I am not changing.

Even for a second if you get glimpse of the Divine, your life is filled with happiness. Does that mean now you run away from the world if you have got happiness? No! That is the message behind Peacock crown!
Do you know what does that mean?
Crown means responsibility. Crown is heavy, so is handling responsibility. But peacock crown! For one whom taking responsibility is so easy, no dullness at all! One who joyfully takes the service with lightness – That is peacock crown.  It was so easy for Lord Krishna to take responsibility for the whole world. It was in His very nature.  Responsibility is there but no burden. When does that happen? When Spiritual energy blossoms and you feel belongingness with all. Then nobody’s responsibility is a burden.
Let us all Meditate for some time now...
When you do it individually it is tapasya, When we meditate in a group that becomes a Yagya.
When we meditate, we get what we desire. Today before going to sleep keep one desire in your mind, and it will get fulfilled. But one, not ten!
Before meditating let us remove the Rajo Guna. Let us throw out all the stress. Shake your hands. Have seen animals how they throw off accumulated dust from the body and move ahead? We people keep on running with time old stresses, worries and impressions.  Okay! Now, keep shaking with closed eyes.  And now…Take a deep breath in... and slowly...let go...

How many of your enjoyed meditation?
Once a reporter told me that 2010 was such a bad year – so many scams.
I said that was so good for all slams came out! Now is the possibility of transformation.
If you change your vision, your life will be different. You can see everything in life with two outlooks – One with a saddened expression or another as an opportunity. We see so much chaos in society today, the world is suffering so much. But we can see it as an opportunity, an opportunity to contribute and bring transformation. To see things from a level above intellect! Taking things for granted is no good. Negative forces exist in all the times. A peaceful action gives such a satisfaction and merit. I would recommend all the officers that you must put a note on your desk that you will not take any bribe. 
 
When you want to relax, in Nivriti mode, you will have to think things are ok. Everything is ok. Then only you can relax your mind. But in a mode of dynamic action, Pravriti mode – Nothing is ok. We will have to take both the perspectives in life. Take responsibility and relax. Spread that sweetness in the world. We do the other way around. When we close our eyes to relax, we think nothing is ok. And when we have to take action, we say everything is God’s will. No!!! When you take both the modes at the required time, then only completion dawns in life! And that is Art of Living. Rig Veda has mentioned that you must work and relax.
 
Take responsibilities, do work and then relax. 
We think future is destiny and past as own work. This is a key to be sad. We think of past and become unhappy. But past is destiny, future is free will!!! Think future as an opportunity to improve and past as destiny then life will be peaceful. If we drop doing karma and be lazy, then we only will be sad in the present. So now our action plan is to save the society from corruption and fanaticism. There are so many scams going on, so we have to save society! And then respect for the girl child. That is so necessary for the society.
In Delhi, we did Meri Delhi Meri Yamuna project and the entire Delhi got clean. Yamuna River got clean and fishes were back in the river. So cleanliness! And then addiction to alcohol. So many people are wasting their 60 percent money in this evil. My dear, I am giving you such an intoxication of Satsang and meditation that no other addiction can stand in front of it at the first place. So this beautiful city of Bikaner has to blossom more. Once a week, 2-4 hours a day give yourself to service and we will make the city beautiful. If we take one step, nature takes the rest 99 steps. I only said I want to see fishes in the Holy Yamuna River, we started a voice called Shanknaad and started cleanliness project, and you know such flood that the whole river got cleaned and fishes come back. 

Q: How so we end Corruption?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Okay! Does a clap happen with one hand? If people in society decide that we are not going to support corruption, then we can end it. First from bureaucracy and then the corrupt leaders. You know, even I was threatened not to speak against corruption. But I said we will do what is right, I am not afraid and you can do what you wish to. We will have to stand up against wrong.
And everyone must do Seva. Little Seva when done in groups yields a lot! It takes any fear away of whatsoever. You earn Sattva, your tasks get accomplished. 
We must all take responsibility, like the peacock feather. It can happen when we have strong Sankalpa (intention) and this happens when your mind is satisfied and then you get the power to bless others. Our own work gets done effortlessly and we pave path for others’ work as well.  So everyone must meditate everyday for some time. Knowledge, meditation and music all are needed in life.

(A small child asked a very good question, that without the will of God nothing happens... so does the corruption happen with will of God?)
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Ok! When you want to meditate, at that time think that God is taking care of you and placed things as they are. But otherwise know that God has only given the desire to you and to me to stand up against corruption, for anything wrong. God gave someone will to be wrong then God only gave Sankalpa to someone else to punish the wrong. Thief and Police! Look this way.  

Fun story:
Once Adi Shankra Charya said this all is maya, an illusion, and a mad elephant appeared from front. When somebody said everything is maya then elephant is also maya, so why are you running? Then Adi Shankracharya said, “Yes elephant is still an illusion but my run also is maya”! So these are things of different dimensions.
